I got solar panels and batteries installed and I am so pleased I went with GSM Electrical for the installation. From quote to commissioning of the setup I was kept well informed. I install itself took just over a day and a half and the team were great. I honestly have no problems in recommending GSM to anyone thinking of getting solar panels. If I have any other electrical jobs or wanting a EV charger added I will be using GSM. Thank you Greg, Marie and Evie you were a pleasure to deal with.

The response and quotation for the work came back very quickly, the gentleman doing the work turned up on time and did the job very efficiently, and even brought his own dustpan and brush to clean up afterwards. Before making my decision I looked up Company House to get an official insight into the GSM financial record to satisfy myself of their financial status…aBeing a Fife Company was also important in case of problems. We chose GSM for our solar install as their projections looked the most realistic to us, and they were pretty conscientious about the details. When it came to installation the level of professionalism was very high. They weren't the cheapest option, but we're glad we chose them as they seemed to want to get things right the first time.

Replacement hob fitting after installed hob cracked. Hob was from Howden's and as GSM Electrical has a Howden's account, could supply the exact model required. Initially offered same day as my call to replace, which was amazing but unfortunately, had to postpone for a few days. George (electrician) turned up on time, did the swap carefully and in 45 minutes and was cheery to boot. Excellent service. Marie in the Office was incredibly helpful, dealing with my phone calls and finding suitable slots. All in all, 10/10 and I highly recommend. I shall use again.
